About Cedar Run
Dr. Holloway opened Cedar Run in 2008 with one clear goal: a vet clinic where the experience is as good as the medicine. Seventeen years later, our clients — and their pets — keep coming back.
The people who care for your pet
Every face you see at Cedar Run has chosen this work because they love animals. Same doctors, same techs — visit after visit.
Lead Veterinarian · Owner
DVM · 18 yrs
Dr. Holloway founded Cedar Run in 2008 after years in mixed-animal practice, wanting to build a clinic where owners feel heard and pets leave calm. She sees patients most days and mentors every new hire who walks through the door.
Associate Veterinarian
DVM · 9 yrs
Dr. Webb joined Cedar Run in 2016 with a special interest in soft-tissue surgery and senior pet medicine. He has a gift for easing anxious animals — and their equally anxious owners.
Veterinary Technician
LVT · 7 yrs
Jamie is the steady hand in the exam room — handling bloodwork, anesthesia monitoring, and dental cleanings with the kind of quiet confidence that keeps pets relaxed. Ask her about the clinic cat.
Practice Manager · Client Care
Client experience since 2011
Ellen keeps Cedar Run running smoothly — from scheduling and insurance paperwork to making sure every client leaves with answers. If you've ever called and felt instantly at ease, that's Ellen.
From our clients
Good to know
Just give us a call or fill out our contact form and we'll get your pet set up. For your first visit, plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can get records started. We welcome dogs, cats, and most small pets.
If you have prior vet records or vaccination history, those are helpful — but don't worry if you don't. Bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash, and jot down any questions or concerns so we make sure to cover everything.
We're open Monday–Friday 8–6 and Saturday 8–12 for urgent sick visits. For after-hours emergencies, we refer clients to the Animal Emergency & Referral Center in Harrisburg. Their number is always available on our voicemail.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We work with most pet insurance plans on a reimbursement basis — we'll provide itemized records to submit your claim. Ask us about CareCredit for larger procedures.
New patients are always welcome. Reach out and we'll find a time that works — or call and we'll pick up.
